PinPoynt Global Demo – Access Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PinPoynt Global Demo platform provided by Yellow Submarine AI Ltd ("Yellow Sub AI", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Global Demo, you ("you", "your", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Access

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the PinPoynt Global Demo for evaluation purposes only.
• The licence is valid on a rolling 4-day basis.
• Encryption keys will be issued every 4 days.
• Maximum visible dataset is limited to the most recent 4 days.
• Access beyond this term requires written agreement or a commercial licence.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All data, models, analytics outputs, code, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of Yellow Sub AI.

You agree that:

• You may not store, export, cache, or persist any data for reuse beyond the demo period.
• If any data has been retained or cached locally or on devices under your control, it must be immediately deleted upon expiry of the licence or upon request.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Yellow Sub AI.

3. Logo Use

You grant Yellow Sub AI the right to reference your organisation's name and logo as a participant in the demo, including in commercial materials and customer listings, provided such use is professional and non-disparaging.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, distribute, or repurpose any data or outputs from the demo.
• Include demo outputs in investment due diligence, strategic planning, or internal performance reviews.
• Publish comparisons or benchmarks between Yellow Sub AI and any third-party system (e.g. sensor-based platforms) without written approval.
• Use the data or interface for reverse engineering, data training, or development of a competing platform or product.

5. Confidentiality

All platform outputs, visualisations, and metadata are considered confidential and may not be disclosed or shared with third parties without explicit permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke demo access at any time without notice if we believe the Terms have been violated.

7. No Warranty

The demo is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
